Important

Please note that any orders for our NEXT DAY SERVICE must be placed by 2pm the previous day. Any NEXT DAY DELIVERY ORDERS placed after 2pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until the next available working day. The estimated date of delivery will generally be the following Tuesday (with the exception of bank holidays).

Any orders for SATURDAY DELIVERY placed after 12pm Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. The estimated date of delivery will generally be the following Saturday.

All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time of which the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of our control, and therefore you will be deemed responsible for these payments.

EU Deliveries

Since Brexit, we are now required by law to make a few changes in order to comply with new government regulations. The following protocols apply:

Orders to all European countries (including the Republic of Ireland)

For now, these orders must be taken over the telephone. Our team is currently working really hard behind the scenes to re-automate this process, so watch this space. But until then, please contact our Customer Support Team number on 0044-161-368-9639.

Orders to the Isle of Man, Highlands and Channel Islands

Delivery prices to these areas are both weight and size dependent. Please note that we reserve the right to contact you regarding a price increase to take additional payment if required.

Returns and Refunds

Although our Saints love our products, we recognise that on occasion there is a genuine reason for a return. We’ve made this a straightforward process.

We will happily provide you with a full refund as long as your item is unused and in a saleable condition. If you need to make a return, give us a ring on 0161 368 9638 or e-mail us at support@wheresaintsgo.co.uk within 14 days of your receipt of goods.

We will then send an address label out to you, as well as a returns form (one of these should also be included in your original packaging).

Simply fill out your returns form, clearly labelling your full name, address and name of the item you are returning. Pack up your goods in their original packaging with the filled-in returns form included, and our sent-out address label clearly affixed to outside of the box. Then send the package back to us at:

Please remember to obtain proof of postage of your return. It may take up to between 5 and 7 working days for your full refunded amount to appear in your bank account.

Need An Extra Hand?

If your item is too large to return without some assistance, we are happy to arrange a courier collection service for you.

Once you get in touch with us, please let us know that you would like to organise a courier collection service, as well as the date and time that you would like to send the item(s) back to us. We will then choose a courier based on this information and keep you informed.

Important

Please note that you have up to 14 days to make a return from the date you originally received your goods.

There is also a small fee for our courier service. We charge £15.00 per box

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, then we will gladly waive the courier fee for you.

Regretfully, any items returned to us without a returns form included cannot be refunded.

We will carefully inspect the returned goods once they arrive at our warehouse. If we are satisfied with the condition of the item, we will then process your refund.

Any damaged items received must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please send in clear photographic evidence of any damage via support@wheresaintsgo.co.uk for us to make an assessment based on this claim.

The Magnus is a statement dining chair handcrafted in a clean, sophisticated style with subtle zig-zag arms and alluring angles. It features a solid wood base and comfortable PU leather upholstery.

Each chair is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans. The frame is individually made from Ash wood and kept in a natural finish so that the woodgrain can be admired. The seating pad and backrest are both covered in black PU leather for a smooth and comfortable experience.

Scandinavian in style, the Magnus also touches on key mid-century themes with its rounded corners and tapering legs. An iconic zig-zag dining chair, we would place this attractive number alongside a pristine rectangular dining table, beneath statement pendant lighting.

Designed for the dining room, the Magnus Chair could also work well beside a dressing table, or positioned attractively in the corner of a spare room. The neutral palette of black and natural wood will allow it to work well in a variety of environments.
